[Resolved] The Marketplace issues have been resolved.
[Posted Tuesday, September 28th, 2010, 11:48 pm PDT] We’re receiving scattered reports tonight that some Marketplace purchases aren’t being delivered in a timely manner. We’re investigating, and we’ll keep you posted.

[RESOLVED] We’ll be taking Support ticket and chat out of service Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. Pacific for maintenance. We expect to have them running again within an hour.
If the scope or scheduling of the work changes, we’ll keep you updated here.
