[RESOLVED 3:31pm PDT] Log ins have returned to normal.

[3:02pm PDT] We are aware that some residents may be experiencing log in issues. We currently are looking into the problem and Log ins may continue to be slow as we work toward a solution. We will post further updates as we have them.

[RESOLVED 10:08 a.m. Pacific]  The Land Store is back in service.

The Land Store will be undergoing maintenance today, Wednesday 17th March 2010, from 9.30am until 10.30am Pacific.  No land purchases will be possible during this time.

[RESOLVED March 16th 2010 10:56am] All residents should now be able to use voice chat as normal.

[POSTED March 16th 2010 9:51am] Some residents in-world may be experiencing issues that are not allowing them to voice chat with other residents.  We are aware of the issue and are working to get it resolved.  Please watch here for further updates.

[Resolved 11:40pm PDT, 15 Mar 2010] Tickets and Live Chats are back online.

[Posted 11:20pm PDT, 15 Mar 2010] We are currently experiencing issues with the Live Chat and tickets. Until we resolve this issue, residents will not be able to create tickets or speak to a live chat agent. For abuse issues, please continue to use our abuse report system. Telephone support is still available. We are working to resolve this issue and will update you here with further information.

[RESOLVED 8:16AM PST] Both jira.secondlife.com and the wiki are back online and running as normal.

[UPDATED 8:03AM PST] jira.secondlife.com is now back up and running as normal.  We are still working on the wiki at this time.  Please check back here for new updates.

[RESOLVED 9:30am PST March 11, 2010]  The remaining maintenance has been concluded this morning.

[UPDATE 9:30am PST March 9, 2010] - Todays maintenance work has concluded. The balance of the work will be completed on Thursday March 11, 2010 beginning at 8:00am PST.

[POSTED 5 March 2010]  We will be performing some required maintenance on March 9th & 11th at 8 a.m. PST on both days.  This work should only last an hour each day.  This maintenance may disrupt teleporting, transactions, and logins and new registrations.  We ask that you please refrain from making any purchases in-world during this time.

We will update this posting if anything changes.

[11 Mar 2019 4:25AM] Scheduled voice maintenance is complete!  You may need to relog if any issues with voice don’t clear up after a couple minutes.

[Resolved - 5.46am PST] Logins have been enabled and maintenance has been completed. If you are still unable to log in please contact support.

[POSTED 9:35am PST] Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 5:00 a.m. Pacific, we’ll be closing logins and disabling major inworld services for one hour of upgrade work on our databases.

Residents who are in world will not be disconnected when maintenance begins, but will lose access to services such as

mapping,
teleport,
inventory,
object and L$ transfers, and
LindeX.

We’ll warn in world several minutes before the outage begins, and we’ll post any changes to the scope and schedule of the work here as they develop.

We appreciate that this will inconvenience a number of our Residents. The maintenance work is to enhance the stability and performance of our database-backed services.
