[Resolved] Support Case and Live Chat Maintenance

[Resolved 7:27AM PST, 18 December 2011] Yesterday’s maintenance on the support portal was completed successfully.

[Posted 7:55 AM PST, 17 December 2011] Tonight we will be performing maintenance on our ticketing (support case) and live chat systems from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST. Residents will be unable to submit new support cases (tickets), and may receive an error message when attempting to view older cases. In addition, residents will not be able to contact support through our chat service. Please check back here for updates.

[Completed 10:05 PM PST, 15 Dec 2011] We have completed tonight’s maintenance.

[Posted 6:19 PM PST, 15 Dec 2011] We will be performing maintenance on our live chat service from 8:00pm until 10:00pm PST this evening, at which point residents will not be able to contact support through our chat service. Residents will still be able to create cases and call our support line as normal. We will update this blog once this work has been completed.

[RESOLVED] Traffic Reporting Issue

[Completed] Inventory Database Maintenance - Thursday, December 15

[Completed 5:40am PST, 15 December 2011] Today’s scheduled inventory database maintenance has been completed.

[Posted 4:00PM PST, 14 December 2011] On Thursday, December 15th from 5:00am to 6:00am PST we will be conducting maintenance that will result in some residents not being able to login and some residents already inworld may be logged out. It may also prevent inventory from loading. Please keep an eye on this blog post for updates.

[Resolved] Critical OS Software Upgrade — Region Restarts

[POSTED 5:11PM PST, 14 Dec 2011] We are beginning this evening’s maintenance on the Agni main grid, which will require an extended period of region restarts. We expect this maintenance to be completed by December 25, 2011. We will update this when work begins, as well as throughout the process.

Norton 360 preventing Second Life executable

[POSTED 4:25pm PST, 14 Dec 2011] We have discovered an issue in which Norton 360 is incorrectly preventing the download of the Second Life executable. We are working with Symantec to get this issue addressed as quickly as possible. We will update this blog once the issue has been resolved.
